CHAINWAY: Recycling
Many years of used devices can be on the brink of usability in regular operation—either due to their condition or because of moral obsolescence. Therefore, we are enabling a way to support regular and natural renewal by offering a cashback bonus when you purchase a new device, if you return your old one to us in any condition.
After inspection and refurbishment, the old device can still serve for temporary loan purposes or be used as a source of spare parts for the repair and refurbishment of other devices. If we are unable to utilize the device, we will hand it over for professional recycling.
Program Validity
The program is long-term and valid from April 1, 2025, until further notice.
What the Program Covers
The program is intended exclusively for certain CHAINWAY devices, for which we are the exclusive distributor in the Czech and Slovak Republics with operations throughout Europe. It applies when returning any CHAINWAY device, regardless of whether it was purchased from us or through another supplier.
A new device can be purchased from us or any of our partners. If you bought the new device through another partner and do not know the purchase document number, you must include the serial numbers of the newly purchased devices on the recycling form.
Devices for the purposes of this program are divided into three groups:
Standalone devices with an operating system
These include all devices that contain the Android or Windows operating system. This covers all terminals, tablets, as well as autonomous UHF RFID devices like U300, URA8, etc.
The cashback bonus is set at 40 EUR (1 000 CZK) without VAT.
Other RFID devices
These are standalone functional devices that are powered by mains or battery and include RFID functionality. This includes various handheld readers such as SR160, MR20, R5, R6, as well as desktop R3 or fixed UR4. This group also includes RFID printers, for example, CP30.
The cashback bonus is set at 20 EUR (500 CZK) without VAT.
Accessories and spare parts
The program does not apply to accessories and spare parts of the aforementioned devices. It is not provided, for example, for pistol holders, antennas, charging docks, etc.
How the Program Works
This is a cashback bonus of a specified amount that can be applied to each purchased unit after April 1, 2025, following the return of one old device. The returned device does not have to be functional, it can be damaged or broken, but it must be complete (the device and the battery, if the device includes one). You may keep the power supply.
The program naturally also applies to devices that have been sent to our service center for out-of-warranty repairs, which were found to be unprofitable.
The bonus will be provided after the device is returned, in the form of a corrective tax document , and will be paid into your account, which must be provided on the return form.
You should send the device along with the form via any shipping company to our address, or you can use the return delivery services of Zásilkovna in the Czech and Slovak Republics, as described on the recycling form.
