The lightweight Honeywell Xenon 1952g SR wireless scanner is specifically designed for retail environments. This makes it a great fit wherever high-precision 2d scanning and durable construction are required. The Honeywell Xenon 1952g SR will give you scanning capability that's hard to match. It can handle traditional barcodes, read codes from digital screens and won't shy away from damaged and hard-to-read codes.

With improved durability and more powerful scanning capabilities than previous models (or any competing scanner in its class), the Xenon 1952g SR is the perfect choice for any workflow where you need to reliably read 1D and 2D barcodes without worrying about damaging the device during rough use.

For the same price, you get improved durability and better scanning capabilities over its predecessor with the Xenon 1952g SR scanner. The distance the device is able to scan codes has been greatly extended. It supports 1D, PDF, 2D, DotCode, digital postage stamps and OCR. The base has USB, RS232, Keyboard Wedge and IBM 46xx (RS485) communication interfaces. The scanner communicates with the base using Bluetooth v4.2 with a range of 10m. The reader has a battery life of up to 450 scans. It fully charges in 30/60/120 seconds, depending on the type of charging used (regular USB/powered USB/external adapter). The reader has a scanning angle of 48° horizontally and 30° vertically.

The Xenon 1952g SR is fully backwards compatible with existing accessories.

The Honeywell Xenon 1952g SR is designed to withstand a minimum of 30 drops from a height of 1.8m and is also capable of withstanding 1000 impacts from a height of 0.5m.
